About us
Welcome to Casa Tironi, our green oasis just outside Treviso.
We are a family-run farm: we grow with passion, carefully select, and bring genuine, seasonal products to the table.
In our shop you'll find organic fruit and vegetables grown in our fields, einkorn wheat flour and pasta, apple juice, preserves, and many other products selected from trusted farms.
But the heart of Casa Tironi is the relationship with those who choose us: advice, recipes, smiles, and the opportunity to pick vegetables directly from the fields.
Our story
In 2004, Gianni left the world of cars to follow a dream: to dedicate himself to the land. What started as a small apple and peach orchard has grown - steadily and carefully - into a full farm with multiple crops, a shop, accommodation and a growing community.
We never chased scale for its own sake. Every step of growth has kept the same artisan care that defined us from the beginning.
Today Casa Tironi is a family working together: Paola in the shop, Gianni in the fields, Anna and Gian Marco handling digital and communications - alongside our employees, collaborators, and the young people we welcome through work inclusion projects with USL Treviso.

Our philosophy
We believe that healthy, good food is everyone's right.
This is why we cultivate with respect, choose with common sense, and sell transparently.
Every product must tell the story of the land from which it comes, and every bite must be an act of love towards oneself and the planet.
Organic farming
We cultivate the future with passion and respect for nature.
We've been following organic principles since 2004, and we've been officially certified since 2017. But for us, it's more than just a label: it's a lifestyle.
Why choose organic:
No pesticides or chemical fertilizers
More biodiversity and fertile, living soil
Products richer in nutrients and free from unwanted residues
Eating organic means taking care of your health and the environment.

Our extra choice: no copper
Copper is permitted in organic farming, but we eliminated it over ten years ago.
It's a more difficult and expensive path, because it requires more manual work, but it allows us to grow in an even cleaner and more sustainable way.
Organic Certification
Since 2017, we have been certified according to EU standards and are subject to periodic inspections.
Before certification, we underwent a two-year detox program, adapting every agricultural procedure.
